Off the Wall Design is owned and operated by Penny Wall. Originally from Las Vegas, NV, she came to Arizona to study graphic design at Arizona State University. She received her B.S. in Design Science in 1998, and continued on with her studies to pursue a M.S. in Technology at the Polytechnic campus, and graduated August 2008. Penny Wall started her first graphic design business, Sinilia Design, in 1998.

In 2008, she changed the business name from Sinilia Design to Off the Wall Design. In addition to running her freelance business she worked for Arizona State University as Graphic Designer Sr. in the University Technology Office, from 1998-2009.

She was involved in various committees while employed at the university. She was one the co-chairs of the ASU Museums, Galleries and Collections committee from 2002-2008, was the President for the University Career Women at ASU in 2006-2007, and served as the University Staff Council President for the Tempe campus at ASU in 2008.

Penny Wall is also a professional trained dog groomer, and has a sister business called Off the Wall Dogs (formerly Dog Groom 2 Go). If you have a dog in need of grooming services be sure to visit our Off the Wall Dogs site.
